The highlight of Room Karla is lovely rooftop terrace where you can eat or admire the incredible view to Dubrovnik Old City, medival fortress Minceta and clear Adriatic sea. Step outside your apartment and you are right in the midst of central Dubrovnik. This location is an excellent base for those that want to explore Dubrovnik on foot. Wander amongst the city´s squares and main streets, its churches and art galleries, cafes and wide range of quality restaurants. Come and discover monumental masterpieces or wander Dubrovnik Old town, just five minutes away from your apartment on foot. In the vicinity there are also parks and nice walking areas, bakery, cafe bars, supermarket, post office, bus station…This is an ideal place for people who want to be within walking distance of Dubrovnik Old City whilst enjoying a relaxing time in a beautiful view to Old city. The proximity of the numerous entertainment and leisure facilities eliminates the need for a hire car. For those who still want to have a vehicle at their disposal, there is a parking lot in front of the house, but it operates on a first-come-first-served basis.

During the famous Summer Festival you can enjoy rich cultural program that includes concerts, exhibitions and many other events, all within the City Walls. Visit island Lokrum, the Elafiti islands, Cavtat and many other interesting destinations, regular boat departures from the Old Town harbor are available. The Room Karla accomodates 2+1 persons and it has a double bedroom,private bathroom with bath tub. The room has refrigerator,coffee maker, kettle and glassware. For bigger groups, you can also book Room Karla , located in the same building, on the same floor. The owner of this apartment lives close by, so flexible check- in and check- out times are possible if requested in advance, and if they are compatible with incoming and outgoing guests.

PRICES PER NIGHT

Prices are per day and sojourn tax is included in the price. For longer stays and stays out of season discount are available.

Upon confirmation of reservation by the owner, 20 % of the total price must be paid to the bank account. The rest of the amount of balance is paid in cash upon arrival. In case of cancellation of reservation more than one month before the arrival date, the deposit will be reimbursed in full upon receiving of reservation cancellation from the customer via e-mail.
