Rental terms
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Minimum drivers' age 21 and valid driving licence at least 2 years.
Fuel is not included in price. The vehicle is rented with a full tank and customers are obliged to return the vehicle with a full tank, otherwise the difference in fuel spent will be charged, plus refuelling expenses.
The vehicle is rented in accordance with the RENTAL AGREEMENT signed by customers upon collection.
INSURANCE DETAILS
- All vehicles are insured against damage caused to the third party.
- By paying the daily deduction waiver charge according to the applicable tariff, the renter is insured against liability for damage.
- By accepting CWD the renter reduces his liability for the damage of vehicle for the difference between the amount of participation in the damage-amount of deduction - and the full amount of damage.
- Deduction waiver charge is not compulsory.
CDW does not cover damage:
- of chassis and tires, or damage caused by lack of oil.
- damage made under influence of alcohol or drugs
- damage made by person who is not signed as driver in contract
- If the renter does not pay the daily deduction waiver and the damage amount is less than amount of participation in damage, the renter shall pay the smaller amount.
Any damage has to be reported to the police authorities immediately, otherwise insurance, even if paid, is not valid and the renter shall be charged for the full damage amount.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Child seat, roof or ski rack, ski box, 80,00 kn daily maximum 240,00 kn per rental (damages or loss will be charged at cost price)
- Delivery / collection: free of charge within city centers. Delivery / collection after office hours and outside city limits is possible.
- RIH/LIT one way rentals are permitted and free of charge in our office
- A Chauffeur Drive service is available, please enquire.
